富藤荔纪(谷原彰介)是中州商业学院一名优秀的高中生。沉默寡言的他貌似儒雅，实则出身九州名声显赫的黑道世家，父兄皆是集团骨干人物。
兄长一次失手造成了整个集团九州“仁王会”陷入与另一大集团神户“夜叉组”的僵局。左右为难的父亲为了给集团一个交待，默默地作出了一个残酷的决定。年仅5岁的富藤亲眼目睹了血腥一幕。
10多年后，年轻的富藤已成为中津地区新一代的黑社会老大，他带领着自己一群貌似柔弱，实则各怀绝技的死忠手下美嘉(野本美穗)、纯子(神乃毬绘)等人开始了与“夜叉组”老大织间(竹内力)的战斗。而在表面的对抗下，更隐藏着富藤处心积虑的复仇计划。到底他最终的复仇目标是谁呢？
